After years of working in a sellers market, the time has finally arrived for buyers.  And the smart buyer can really do well right now.  We call it “the perfect storm” for buyers: interest rates are still very, very low and seller motivation is growing every single day.

But unfortunately for most buyers, they’re still operating in the old paradigm: scouring the internet for properties, calling the various listing agents directly, and never establishing a deeper, more beneficial, relationship with any one agent.  That was certainly an acceptable approach a few years ago because back then houses sold so quickly that the only buying strategy you really needed was to figure out how far above the asking price you felt comfortable offering!  But now, a buyer can really benefit from professional guidance.  When we work with a buyer, the goal is not to just sell you a house as quickly as possible – it’s a 6-step process that ends with you walking confidently into every house you look at, knowing exactly what the market has to offer, and buying exactly the right house for you.  And when you make that purchase, you don’t just think you’re making a good purchase, you know you are.
